Shipping policy

We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States (not Alaska or Hawaii) on our standard products.  For custom products, shipping charges will generally be included in the quote.  Additional shipping charges, if required, will be clearly designated in the quote.

Free shipping does not apply to return shipping for returned products.  Further, if a product is returned due to buyer's remorse, the initial shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.  If we arrange for the return shipping, those charges will be deducted from the refund as well.
